Wilma, Wu, and a stripper named Lorraine is a good-natured, rib-tickling allegory of our country’s current divide.
A small town with feisty cantina strippers on one side of the highway and holier-than-thou church folk on the other, realize their lives have changed after the town stripper sobers up and concocts a ridiculous talent show.
Our world premiere took place at Dances with Films Festival in Hollywood, June 28th, at The Chinese Theatre.

Wilma, Wu, and a stripper named Lorraine is written, directed, and produced by Debra De Liso with a whole lotta talented friends.
As a first-time female film director, Debra is using her “smarts” from four decades as a theatre artist to create this film about haters coming together through community theatre.
